Pricing scoped to your Microsoft 365 needs
One-time projects are quoted according to your requirements. Monthly management is priced by supported user count and agreed responsibilities. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. There are no published fixed rates: each quote sets out the included work and fees before you agree.
Monthly agreements define supported users, tasks, support channels and hours, response expectations, change-request boundaries, exclusions, licensing responsibilities and cancellation terms.
Scope, access, availability and fees are agreed in writing. Microsoft licensing is separate unless explicitly included.
